At Pathways to Integrative Psychology, I help clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, and major life transitions. Each session focuses on identifying core issues, developing practical coping strategies, and building long-term resilience.

My Approach

I integrate evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Behaviour Modification/Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).

My approach is collaborative and transparent — therapy is not something done to you, but with you. Each session encourages insight, accountability, and self-compassion.
