Where Psychology
Meets Purpose:
Building stronger, happier, and a deeper fulfilment in life.
Your mind matters. We’re here to help you take care of it.
Our Story
“From an early age, I was drawn to understanding how people think, feel, and connect. Growing up in a family touched by developmental and mental health challenges, I learned the importance of empathy, patience, and meaningful support.”
After five years in the corporate world, I followed my true calling and moved to Canada to study psychology. There, I completed my undergraduate degree, a Master’s in Applied Psychology, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Over the past 20 years, I’ve specialized in supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders and complex mental health conditions.
My work integrates compassion with clinical precision. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to develop tailored interventions that help clients build self-awareness and emotional resilience.
Returning to Sri Lanka was a personal and professional decision – a way to support my family while continuing to serve others. Pathways to Integrative Psychology was founded to offer care that’s honest, collaborative, and grounded in real human understanding.

Who I Am
Pathways to Integrative Psychology is my psychological practice, built on over 20 years of experience in developmental, behavioral, and mental health care. I believe that everyone deserves to be heard, understood, and supported in a way that’s grounded in both empathy and evidence.
What I Do
I provide psychological interventions, behavioral consultation, and educational support to individuals, families, and organizations. My work focuses on empowering people to understand themselves better, manage challenges, and build lasting emotional resilience.
My integrative approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Behaviour Modification/Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT). Each client receives a personalized, goal-focused plan designed to fit their specific needs and environment.
I also offer assessments, professional development training, and organizational wellness programs.
Why I Do It
The practice was born from my personal journey of empathy and purpose. Having witnessed the impact of mental health challenges within my own family, I dedicated my life to creating change — first as a student, later as a clinician, and now as a founder.
My decision to return to Sri Lanka reflects my belief that care should be accessible and culturally attuned. Pathways to Integrative Psychology is more than a clinic — it’s my commitment to helping individuals rediscover their strength and build healthier lives.
Goal & Impact
My goal is to promote mental wellness not only within therapy rooms but across communities.
Through evidence-based interventions, family-centered care, and ongoing education, Pathways to Integrative Psychology aims to:
- Increase access to quality mental health care
- Foster emotional literacy in schools and organizations
- Support families in understanding and managing behavioral challenges
- Empower individuals to lead balanced, fulfilling lives
